This committee is composed of experts from Quilvest (Asset Management, Banking services, Corporate Finance etc.) and independent experts employed by our group (notaries, lawyers, chartered accountants). The consultants you usually employ also participate in the committee.

Your personal representative organises and coordinates the activities of these experts, in particular during meetings organised at every major stage.
